To partially finance the properties, Urbanek Real Estate GmbH is issuing a corporate bond in cooperation with Wiener Privatbank and Frankfurter BankM.

The Vienna Opportunities Bond (VOB) offers an interest rate of 10% per annum. The interest is distributed to investors on a monthly basis. The subscription period starts on 26.11.2024. After the subscription period, the bond will be listed on the Open Market (Quotation Board) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000A3L5QU1 / WKN: A3L5QU).
