Mag. Irena Gogl-Hassanin LL.M.

Irena Gogl-Hassanin LL.M. has been a permanent directing partner at Urbanek Law since November 2024.

Ms. Gogl-Hassanin was admitted to the Austrian bar in 2009 after completing her law studies at the University of Vienna and obtaining an LL.M. degree in “International Banking and Finance” from University College London (UCL). After working as a lawyer and partner in renowned Austrian and international law firms in Vienna and London, she founded her own law firm in Vienna in 2023.

Gogl-Hassanin has solid experience in national and cross-border financial and M&A transactions in the real estate and aviation sector, both in the form of share and asset deals, as well as many years of experience in European and Austrian aviation law and advises clients on various legal aspects of the aviation industry.

For many years, she has also been a lecturer at the Joanneum University of Applied Sciences, where she currently teaches “Financing and Leasing in Aerospace” as part of the Master's program in Aviation.
