Mag. Dr. Mario Schiavon.

Dr. Mario Schiavon has been a permanent directing partner at Urbanek Law since September 2024.

Most recently, he worked in the Real Estate department at Deloitte Legal Austria.

Dr. Schiavon brings many years of experience from his work at renowned commercial law firms such as Taylor Wessing and PwC Legal and has extensive expertise in global, multidisciplinary networks. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Dr. Schiavon is a regular lecturer and acts as deputy head of the institute at the SFU Vienna/Berlin.

Dr. Schiavon specializes in all areas of real estate law and has many years of experience advising on real estate projects - from the initial planning phase to the drafting of transaction documents and the structuring of real estate projects as well as the acquisition and execution of transactions in Austria and abroad. Dr. Schiavon regularly advises clients in connection with due diligence reviews and the secure handling of real estate and construction projects.
