Mag. Benedikt Pollak MSc.

Benedikt Pollak worked as an investment consultant at Adeqat Investment Services GmbH & Co KG in Vienna, where he has carried out property and portfolio analyses for residential and commercial real estate since January 2023. His tasks included transaction structuring, document preparation and processing for purchase and sale mandates as well as analysis and operator searches for serviced apartment and hotel locations.

From May 2021 to December 2022, Mr. Pollak worked at Fonto Capital GmbH in Vienna in the Transaction Management & Compliance department. He advised on the procurement, structuring and execution of mezzanine and whole loan financing with a volume of over EUR 85 million for real estate project developments in the DACH region. Other tasks included relationship management, the acquisition and analysis of investment opportunities and the introduction of KYC/compliance processes.

From February 2020 to April 2021, Mr. Pollak worked at Areos Development GmbH in Vienna, where he was involved in real estate project development and took on tasks such as property acquisition, project development and property developer calculation as assistant to the management.

From May 2019 to January 2020, he was an associate at Cerha Hempel Rechtsanwälte GmbH in the Corporate Banking & Finance team and was involved in the issue of bonds worth EUR 255 million for real estate companies. His tasks also included due diligence reviews and research in the area of banking and financial market law.
