Kommerzialrat Gottfried Glattauer
Since 1975, Gottfried Glattauer has gained extensive experience in retail and center management. From 1986, he held management roles at Huma Einkaufszentrum (later taken over by Metro and Spar) for over 14 years, including as center manager and project manager for conversions. As managing director, he was responsible for administration, leasing and owner representation on various committees.
After working as expansion manager at KIKA/Leiner, he founded “Gottfried Glattauer Consulting (GGC)” in 2001. With GGC, he advises shopping centers and real estate operators, focusing on location development, tenant management and contracts. Between 2003 and 2009, he was Managing Director of the Millennium City project and was appointed Commercial Councillor during this time.
From 2009 to 2014, he was responsible for the center management of Ekazent-Zentrum Simmering and, from 2015, City Point Steyr, in each case with a focus on further development and letting. Today, he offers specialized consulting services for real estate projects with a focus on revitalization and strategic orientation.
